摘  要:研究捻度、纬密对包覆纱织物切割性能的影响规律,并探究包覆纱织物混杂结构的动态防刺性能。分别以芳纶1414长丝、超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)长丝为原料,制备芳纶1414/UHMWPE(K/P)、芳纶1414/芳纶1414(K/K)包覆纱平纹和三维深角联织物,重点研究了捻度、纬密对包覆纱织物静态切割性能,以及混杂结构对包覆纱织物动态防刺性能的影响规律。结果表明:纤维体积相同的条件下,同一外包捻度的K/K包覆纱织物的静态切割性能优于K/P包覆纱;包覆纱平纹织物的静态切割力都随着纬密的增加而增加;K/P包覆纱织物的防刺性能均优于K/K包覆纱;混杂结构中,三维深角联织物的质量分数为50%左右时,防刺性能较优。The influence law of twist and weft density on cutting property of the wrapped yarn fabric was studied,and the dynamic anti-stabbing property of the wrapped yarn fabric with hybrid structure was explored.Aramid 1414 filament and ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene filament(UHMWPE)were taken as raw materials.Aramid 1414/UHMWPE(K/P),aramid 1414/aramid 1414(K/K)wrapped yarn plain weave fabrics and three-dimensional deep angle joint fabrics were prepared.The effect of twist and weft density on static cutting property of wrapped yarn fabric,the effect law of hybrid structure on the dynamic anti-stabbing property of wrapped yarn fabric were discussed emphatically.The results showed that under the condition of the same fiber volume,the static cutting property of K/K wrapped yarn fabric with the same twist was better than K/P wrapped yarn.The static cutting force of wrapped yarn plain fabric was increased with the increase of weft density.The anti-stabbing property of K/P wrapped yarn fabric was better than K/K wrapped yarn fabric.In hybrid structures,when the mass fraction of the three-dimensional deep angle joint fabric was about 50%,the anti-stabbing property of the fabric was better.
