摘  要:目的调查吉林省口腔行业相关人员职业倦怠水平及其影响因素,同时提出合理改善建议。方法自2022年11月20日至12月3日对吉林省医疗机构口腔行业相关人员进行职业倦怠在线问卷调查。分析调查结果,探索职业倦怠的相关影响因素。结果本次调查总共回收900份问卷,对问卷进行数据处理和删除无效样本后共获得有效样本量851份,有效率为94.6%。分析结果显示,无职业倦怠195例(22.9%),轻度职业倦怠258例(30.3%),中度职业倦怠314例(36.9%),重度职业倦怠84例(9.9%),总体职业倦怠检出率为77.1%。对调查对象人口统计学特征进行分析,结果显示,不同婚姻状况、子女数量、担任职务及职称的口腔行业相关人员职业倦怠检出率比较差异均有统计学意义(χ2值分别为21.676、10.154、10.029、9.405,均P<0.05)。经单因素分析,工作强度、睡眠时间、担心工作中感染新冠肺炎、收入、工作环境满意度与职业倦怠有明显相关性,差异均有统计学意义(χ2值分别为33.316、14.466、13.538、11.487、13.538,均P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,婚姻状况、工作强度、工作环境满意度均为引起职业倦怠的相关因素(均P<0.05)。结论口腔行业相关人员的总体职业倦怠率偏高,去人格化现象相对较严重。应通过调整工作强度、改善工作环境及制订健康保障方案来降低口腔行业相关人员的职业倦怠情况。Objective To investigate the prevalence and associated factors of burnout among oral healthcare workers in Ji⁃lin Province,and to propose appropriate improvement suggestions.Results An online questionnaire survey on burnout was conducted among oral healthcare workers in medical institutions in Jilin from November 20 to December 3,2022.The sur⁃vey results were analyzed and factors associated with burnout were explored.Results A total of 900 cases attended the sur⁃vey.After data processing and excluding invalid samples,851 valid samples were included for final analysis,giving a re⁃sponse rate of 94.6%.The respondents included 195 cases(22.9%)without burnout,258 with mild burnout,314(36.9%)with moderate burnout,and 84(9.9%)with severe burnout.The overall burnout prevalence was 77.1%.Demo⁃graphics-based analysis showed that the prevalence of burnout differed significantly by marital status,number of children,position and professional title(χ2=21.676,10.154,10.029,9.405,P<0.05).By univariate analysis,burnout was found to be significantly correlated with work intensity,amount of sleep,fear of being infected with COVID-19 during work,in⁃come,satisfaction with work environment(χ2=33.316,14.466,13.538,11.487,13.538,P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that marital status,work intensity,and satisfaction with work environment were all significantly associated with burnout(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall burnout prevalence is high in oral health workers,in particu⁃lar,the depersonalization prevalence is relatively high.It is recommended to reduce the burnout prevalence in this population by adjusting work intensity,improving the work environment,and developing health protection plans.
