摘  要:目的探讨2018年、2019年和2021年流行于吉林省的柯萨奇病毒A组16型肠道病毒流行特征、种系进化及基因变异特征。方法收集2018年、2019年和2021年吉林省手足口病例临床标本,通过病毒分离筛选出60株CVA16的阳性毒株,并对其VP1编码区全基因组核苷酸序列进行测定和分析。结果60株CVA16分离株中有15株为B1a基因亚型,45株为B1b基因亚型;CVA16分离株氨基酸序列的14、23、164、235、251及266位点发生了氨基酸突变。结论CVA16为吉林省手足口病的主要病原体之一,15株CVA16分离株为B1a基因亚型,45株CVA16分离株为B1b基因亚型,与2008年青海株相比共发生了6处氨基酸位点突变。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics,phylogenetic evolution and genetic variation of coxsackievirus A-16(CVA16)in Jilin Province in 2018,2019 and 2021.Methods Clinical specimens of patients with hand,foot and mouth disease in Jilin were collected in 2018,2019 and 2021.The strains of CVA16 were screened by virus isolation,and the whole-genome nucleotide sequence in the VP1 coding region of the isolated strains(n=60)was deter⁃mined and analyzed.Results Of the isolated 60 strains,15 were B1a subgenotype,and the other 45 were B1b subgeno⁃type.Amino acid mutations occurred in the 14,23,164,235 and 266 loci in the amino acid sequence.Conclusion CVA16 is one of the major pathogens of hand,foot and mouth disease in Jilin.This study isolated 15 CVA16 strains of B1a subgenotype and 45 CVA16 strains of B1b subgenotype.Six amino acid mutation loci were also detected in comparison with the Qinghai strain in 2008.
