摘 要:目的 探究基于文献报告会和进展讨论联合教学法在泌尿外科研究生科研能力培养中的应用及效果。方法选取南京医科大学附属南京医院泌尿外科15名在读研究生为研究对象,分别于2021年1—6月采用传统讲授教学法,2021年7—12月采用文献报告会和进展讨论联合教学法培养其科研能力,通过调查问卷自评分方法评价不同教学方法对研究生科研能力培养的应用效果。结果 与传统教学法相比,文献报告会和进展讨论联合教学法显著提高研究生文献数据库的应用与检索能力、文献精读与归纳总结能力、英文文献翻译能力、幻灯片制作能力、演讲与交流讨论能力、科研逻辑思维能力、科研创新思维能力、科研文章写作能力、实验方法技能掌握能力、统计分析软件应用能力、发现、分析与处理问题的能力,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 文献报告会和进展讨论联合教学法对泌尿外科研究生科研能力的培养具有积极作用。Objective To explore the application and effect of journal club and progress discussion in the scientific research ability of urology postgraduate. Methods A total of 15 postgraduate students in department of urology, Nanjing Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University were included in this study. These students educated by the traditional teaching method from January to June 2021 and the combined method of journal club and progress discussion from July to December 2021. The application and effect of different methods on the cultivation of postgraduate scientific research ability were evaluated by questionnaire self-scoring method. Results Compared with traditional teaching methods, the combined teaching method of journal club and progress discussion significantly improves the application and retrieval ability of graduate literature databases, literature intensive reading and summarization ability, English literature translation ability, slide production ability, speech and communication discussion ability, scientific research logical thinking ability, scientific research innovative thinking ability, scientific research article writing ability, and experimental method skill mastery ability there was a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined method of Journal club and progress discussion have positive effects on the scientific research ability of urology postgraduate.
