摘 要:人口结构变化导致社会对直接护理人员的需求增加。根据美国劳工统计局预测,未来十年间美国的有偿直接护理岗位会产生严重空缺。将有犯罪记录的人纳入直接护理行业可以弥补该行业巨大的人员短缺,也可以解决此类人群的就业问题,最终促进其回归社会并提高公共安全水平。医疗保健领域综合性、协作式的就业改善模式是一项长期战略,其优势在于以协调的方式系统解决在招聘、评估和留用三个关键组成部分中面临的问题,有效减少直接护理劳动力的短缺并将有犯罪记录的人纳入直接护理行业之中。The change of population structure leads to the increase of social demand for direct care staff.According to the forecast of the U.S.Bureau of Labor Statistics,there will be serious vacancies in paid direct care jobs in the United States in the next decade.Bringing people with criminal records into the direct care industry can make up for staff shortages and solve their employment problems,ultimately promoting their return to society and improving public safety.The comprehensive and collaborative employment improvement model in the field of health care is a long-term strategy.Its advantage is to systematically solve the problems faced in the three key components of recruitment,evaluation and retention in a coordinated manner,effectively reducing the shortage of direct care labor force and incorporating people with criminal records into the direct care industry.
