碳酸锂中毒中西医救治1例报道

摘　　要：碳酸锂在临床上主要用于躁狂症、双向障碍的治疗,由于中毒剂量与治疗剂量接近,易产生毒性反应。出凝血功能障碍为很多疾病诊治后的并发症,如何更好地应对出血和凝血功能障碍,除了西医抗凝、抗血小板治疗,还可以选用中医辨证治疗。现报道1例碳酸锂中毒患者,自身有2型糖尿病、结肠癌、双下肢深静脉血栓、消化道出血等疾病,给予低分子肝素结合中医补气化瘀治疗,成功救治。Lithium carbonate is mainly used for the treatment of mental disorders such as mania and bipolar disorder in the clinic.It is easy to produce toxic reaction due to the small gap between toxic dose and therapeutic dose.Bleeding and coagulation dysfunction are complications from lots of diseases.It may get better result from the usage of traditional Chinese medicine and anti-platelet therapy for bleeding and coagulation dysfunction.A case of lithium carbonate intoxication was reported with type 2 diabetes,colon cancer,deep vein thrombosis and alimentary tract hemorrhage.The patient survived successfully who was treated with low molecular heparin and tonifying Qi and blood stasis method.
