摘　　要：目的观察自动化腹膜透析(APD)对终末期肾病女性患者性功能障碍(SD)的影响。方法终末期肾病合并SD女性患者38例随机均分为两组。对照组采用持续性不卧床腹膜透析,试验组给予APD模式,治疗6周。比较两组透析前后女性性功能指数(FSFI)评分、女性性生活质量问卷(SQoL-F)评分、透析充分性指标、性激素指标和微炎症状态指标。结果两组透析后FSFI评分、SQoL-F评分、总尿素清除指数(Kt/V)、残肾Kt/V、内生肌酐清除率、SCr、BUN、雌二醇、孕酮、卵泡生成激素、黄体生成激素、TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6均优于透析前(P<0.05),且试验组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论与持续性不卧床腹膜透析比较,APD更能提高透析充分性,调节性激素和微炎症状态,改善终末期肾病合并SD女性患者的性功能和性生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of automated peritoneal dialysis(APD)on sexual dysfunction(SD)in female patients with end-stage renal disease.Methods Thirty-eight female patients with end-stage renal disease and SD were randomly and equally divided into two groups.Group A was treated with APD mode and group C was treated with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis.The treatment was lasted for 6 weeks.The scores of female sexual function index(FSFI)and sexual quality of life-female(SQoL-F),dialysis adequacy indicators,sex hormones and micro-inflammatory status indicators were compared between the two groups before and after dialysis.Results After dialysis,FSFI score,SQoL-F score,total Kt/V,residual renal Kt/V,Ccr,SCr,BUN,Ee,P,FSH,LH,TNF-α,IL-1βand IL-6 were all better than those before dialysis in both groups(P<0.05).The improvements of group A were more obvious than those of group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis,APD is more effective in increasing dialysis adequacy,regulating sexual hormonal and microinflammatory status,and improving sexual function and quality of life in female patients with end-stage renal disease and SD.
