安神稳律汤治疗室性期前收缩合并睡眠障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察安神稳律汤治疗室性期前收缩合并睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法:随机抽取安徽中医药大学第一附属医院心血管内科2021年9月—2022年9月收治的室性期前收缩合并睡眠障碍患者40例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加安神稳律汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗后室性期前收缩疗效、睡眠质量疗效、室性期前收缩次数、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分的变化。结果:治疗后,两组患者室性期前收缩次数减少、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分降低(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;观察组治疗后室性期前收缩疗效、睡眠质量疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:安神稳律汤治疗室性期前收缩合并睡眠障碍疗效显著,可有效降低室性期前收缩次数,减轻患者临床症状,改善睡眠质量,缓解患者焦虑情绪及对室性期前收缩的负面影响,且不良反应小、无依赖性。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Anshen Wenlv Decoction on ventricular premature contraction complicated with sleep disorder.Methods:A total of 40 patients with ventricular premature contraction complicated with sleep disorder admitted to the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to September 2022 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Anshen Wenlv Decoction on the basis of the treatment of control group.The effects of ventricular premature contraction,sleep quality,number of ventricular premature contraction and Pittsburgh sleep quality index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the number of ventricular premature contraction and Pittsburgh sleep quality index decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The efficacy of the observation group on ventricular premature contraction and sleep quality was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Anshen Wenlv Decoction has significant clinical effect in the treatment of ventricular premature contraction complicated with sleep disorder,which can effectively reduce the number of ventricular premature contraction,relieve patients′clinical symptoms,improve sleep quality,and relieve patients′anxiety and negative influence on ventricular premature contraction,with little adverse reactions and no dependence.
