摘  要:为解决侵彻多层混凝土靶板过载层间粘连影响引信计层精度的问题,提出了弹体侵彻多层混凝土靶板的引信层目标识别方法。首先通过模态分析得到弹体一阶轴向固有频率;然后完成不同工况的侵彻动力学仿真,得到过载信号主频与弹体一阶轴向固有频率差距在8%以内这一特性;并提出一种层目标识别方法,对过载信号进行低通滤波得到近似刚体过载;再根据自适应判层阈值、信号脉宽对近似刚体过载进行识别,识别当前层数;最后通过多个算例得到该方法的适用范围,即着角不大于10°、侵彻初速度为400~900 m/s、靶板层数在15层以下。To solve the problem that the overload signal layer adhesion affecting the precision of the fuze meter layer when the projectile penetrating multilayer concrete target,a method of target identification of the fuze layer for projectile penetrating multilayer concrete target plate is proposed.Firstly,the first-order axial natural frequency of the projectile body is obtained by modal analysis.The penetration dynamics simulation under different working conditions is completed,and the property that the difference between the main frequency of overload signal and the first order axial natural frequency of the missile is less than 8%is obtained.A layer target recognition method is proposed,by low-pass filtering the overload signal,approximate rigid body overload is obtained.According to the adaptive layer detection threshold and overload duration,the approximate rigid body overload signal is identified and the current layer number is identified.Finally,the application range of the method is obtained by several examples,the angle is less than 10 degrees,the initial penetration velocity is 400~900 m/s,and the number of layers of the target plate is less than 15.
