摘 要:随着科技进步和生活水平的提高,中国冷链物流行业进入了快速发展阶段,冷链基础设施建设与市场需求呈不断增长的趋势,但同时该行业在管理方面也面临着更多的挑战。本文为了优化冷链物流行业管理,将平衡记分卡与系统动力学相结合,建立冷链物流绩效评价系统。通过构建反馈模型分析财务维度、顾客维度、内部流程维度和学习与成长维度之间的相互影响关系,并根据分析结果对低碳冷链物流行业提出相关建议。With the advancement of technology and the improvement of living standards,China's cold chain logistics industry has entered a rapid development stage.The construction of cold chain infrastructure and market demand are showing a continuous growth trend,but at the same time,the industry also faces more challenges in management.In order to optimize the management of the cold chain logistics industry,this article combines the balanced scorecard with system dynamics to establish a performance evaluation system for cold chain logistics.A feedback model is constructed to analyze the interrelationships between financial dimensions,customer dimensions,internal process dimensions,and learning and growth dimensions.Based on the analysis results,relevant suggestions for the low-carbon cold chain logistics industry are put forward.
