摘　　要：介绍了CAN总线的主要特性,简述基于SJA1000的CAN总线控制器自动检测系统实现对国产CAN总线控制器芯片进行功能测试的目的。给出自动检测系统处理器模块电路、CAN总线接口电路和测试报文收发程序框图。由于SJA1000支持标准CAN总线2.0A和2.0B协议,同时支持Intel和Motorola两种接口时序,采用软、硬件设计方法,通过对待测试CAN总线控制器寄存器读写、初始化及多种模式收发试验,为国产CAN总线控制器芯片自动检测以及应用设计提供参考,可以提升芯片检测效率50%以上,减少应用设计错误。This article introduces the main characteristics of the CAN bus,and describes the automa-tic detection system of CAN bus controller based on SJA1000 to realize the function test of domestic can bus controller chip.The processor module circuit,can bus interface circuit and test message sending and receiving program block diagram of automatic detection system are given.Because SJA1000 supports standard CAN bus 2.0A and 2.0B protocols,it also supports Intel and Motorola interface timing.The software and hardware design methods are adopted to test the functions of CAN bus controller register reading and writing,initialization and multi-mode transceiver.It provides a reference for the automatic detection and application design of domestic can bus controller chip,which can improve the detection efficiency of more than 50%and reduce the application design errors.
