摘 要:快速准确地识别地下给水网泄漏位置,尤其是小孔径泄漏位置,是保障地下给水管网安全稳定运行的有效方式,该文基于声音采集和处理原理,设计了一种适用于地下给水管网泄漏位置识别的声发射检测仪器。该仪器基于STM32的声波信号采集技术采集地下给水管道声波信号,并应用小波阈值法对所获声波信号实施合理噪声滤除,噪声滤除工作完成后,采用傅里叶变换的方式提取地下给水管道声波信号频域特征,并根据所获声波信号功率谱密度检测地下给水管网泄漏管道,最终利用时延估计法经过合理计算得到泄漏管道漏点具体位置,完成地下给水管网泄漏位置识别工作。实验结果表明:该声发射检测仪器可实现地下给水管网泄漏位置识别,具有较强的声波信号噪声滤除能力,能够较为准确地识别出地下给水管网泄漏位置。Quickly and accurately identifying the leakage location of underground water supply networks,especially the small aperture leakage location,is an effective way to ensure the safe and stable operation of underground water supply networks.Based on the principles of sound acquisition and processing,this article designs an acoustic emission detection instrument suitable for identifying the leakage location of underground water supply networks.The instrument collects the acoustic signal of underground water supply pipeline based on STM32 acoustic signal acquisition technology,and applies wavelet threshold method to implement reasonable noise filtering for the acquired acoustic signal.After the noise filtering is completed,the Fourier transform method is used to extract the frequency domain characteristics of the acoustic signal of underground water supply pipeline,and the leakage pipeline of underground water supply pipeline network is detected according to the power spectral density of the acquired acoustic signal.Finally,using the time delay estimation method,the specific location of the leakage point of the leaking pipeline was calculated reasonably,and the identification of the leakage location of the underground water supply network was completed.The experimental results show that the acoustic emission detection instrument can achieve the identification of leakage locations in underground water supply networks,with strong acoustic signal noise filtering ability,and can accurately identify the leakage locations of underground water supply networks.
