摘  要:该文首先介绍了指针压力表检定要求与检定流程及智能化检定技术对压力表检定工艺的改进;随后提出了一套指针压力表智能检定系统并介绍了各部分主要功能;接着通过14点稳压标准压力试验分析指针压力表智能检定系统的误差,根据正态性检验、重复性分析及不确定度分析的结果表明,指针压力表智能检定系统造压精度满足0.05%FS要求,且误差呈正态分布。最后提出了指针压力表示值检测精度评价方法,为智能化检定装置提供了分级依据。This paper first introduces the verification requirements and verification process of pointer pressure gauge and the improvement of intelligent verification technology to the verification process of pressure gauge.Then a set of intelligent verification system of pointer pressure gauge is put forward and the main functions of each part are introduced.Then,the error of the intelligent verification system of pointer pressure gauge was analyzed through the 14-point standard pressure test.According to the results of normality test,repeatability analysis and uncertainty analysis,the pressure building accuracy of the intelligent verification system of pointer pressure gauge meets the requirement of 0.05%FS,and the error is normally distributed.Finally,a method to evaluate the detection accuracy of pointer pressure representation value is proposed,which provides a classification basis for intelligent verification device.
