摘  要:自1975年DCS诞生以来,DCS系统的通讯技术不断的提升,从铜芯电缆、HART、总线、到无线通讯,再到工业光总线系统,每一种通讯技术都曾提升了DCS系统的通讯效率。近几年出现的光总线通讯技术是利用微电子技术与现代通讯技术、将传统DCS的IO卡件前置化,并实现软件定义IO卡件通道类型,把传统的IO卡件变成光总线系统的智能IO卡件,不但节约项目成本,也提升系统稳定性,缩短项目施工周期,减少故障节点,为DCS控制系统技术的发展开辟了一个新的方向。Since the birth of DCS in 1975,the communication technology of DCS has been continuously improved.From copper core cable,HART,bus,wireless communication,and industrial optical bus system,each communication technology has improved the communication efficiency of DCS system.The optical bus communication technology emerged in recent years is to use microelectronics technology and modern communication technology to pre-position the IO card of traditional DCS,and realize the software definition of the IO card channel type,and turn the traditional IO card into the intelligent IO card of the optical bus system,which not only saves the project cost,but also improves the system stability,shortens the project construction period,reduces the fault nodes,and opens a new direction for the development of DCS control system technology.
