摘 要:针对某化工企业低温冷冻站,分析现有运行数据,结果表明其运行能效偏低,存在较大节能潜力。通过采用以系统运行能效最优为控制目标的节能改造方案,其包括新增匹配生产工艺冷量及供水温度需求的冷水机组、冷冻水泵、冷却水泵和节能控制系统,并对冷水机组进行用户工况的性能测试确保其技术性能符合用户要求。依据改造后系统节能评估结果和实际运行数据,夏季系统运行能效可提升40%以上,冬季可提升1倍,为同类低温冷冻站的节能改造提供参考。By analyzing the existing operation data in a low-temperature refrigerating station of a chemical enterprise,the results show that its operation energy efficiency is low,and there is a large energy saving potential.By adopting an energy-saving retrofit scheme with the optimal energy efficiency of the system as the control target,it includes new chillers,chilled water pumps,cooling water pumps and energy-saving control systems that match the cooling capacity and water supply temperature requirements of the production process.The performance test of the chiller under user conditions is carried out to ensure that the technical performance meets the user s requirements.According to the energy-saving evaluation results and actual operation data of the system after transformation,the energy efficiency of the system operation can be increased by more than 40%in summer and doubled in winter,which provides a reference for the energy-saving transformation of similar low-temperature refrigeration stations.
