摘　　要：医疗物资是应对突发公共卫生事件和维系人们生命健康的关键资源,医学装备处作为医疗设备的管理部门,主要负责医疗设备及医用耗材的采购供应、技术保障和管理协调等工作,在疫情防控时期发挥着重要的作用。通过对定点救治医院改扩建案例进行分析,积累了医疗设备应急管理经验,具有较强的实用性、可复制性。Medical supply is a key resource for responding to public health emergencies and maintaining people's lives and health.As the medical equipment management department,the medical devices department is mainly responsible for the procurement,supply,technical support,management and coordination of medical equipment and medical consumables,playing an important role in epidemic prevention and control.Through the analysis of the expansion cases of designated hospitals,the experience of emergency management of medical equipment has been accumulated,which has strong practicability and replicability.
