摘　　要：在梗阻性肥厚型心肌病的治疗中,缓解梗阻是实现减少死亡、缓解临床症状及延缓疾病进展等治疗目标的重要因素。本文针对梗阻性肥厚型心肌病的药物治疗、手术与介入治疗以及其他治疗方面的技术要点及最新进展作一述评。In the treatment of hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy,relieving obstruction is an important factor to achieve the therapeutic goals of reducing mortality,relieving clinical symptoms and delaying disease progression.This article reviewed the techniques and the latest progress in medicine,surgery,interventional therapy and other treatment in hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy.
