摘 要:目的:比较蒙古黄芪品系(种)间农艺性状、药材产量及产量构成因素的差异,为蒙古黄芪新品种选育提供科学依据。方法:试验以‘陇芪1号’为对照(CK),‘甘芪1号’(GQ1)和‘甘芪2号’(GQ2)为试验品系,测定三者农艺性状指标、叶绿素含量、氮含量、药材产量及产量构成因素,对药材产量、根腐病发病率等因子进行综合评价。结果:蒙古黄芪品系(种)间农艺性状及药材产量存在差异,GQ1和GQ2主根较CK显著增长,分别增长36.91%和52.51%;侧根数明显减少,分别较CK减少19.70%和18.23%,2个新品系根型更为优异。基于药材产量构成因素与发病率的综合评价得出GQ2(0.7801)>GQ1(0.4821)>CK(0.2837),新品系GQ1和GQ2根腐病发病率均显著降低,GQ2药材产量最高。Objective:The differences of agronomic characters,medicinal roots yield and yield compo‑nents among A.membranaceus var.mongholicus strains(cultivars)were compared,so as to provide the basis for breeding new cultivars of A.membranaceus var.mongholicus.Methods:Taking‘Longqi No.1’as control(CK),‘Ganqi No.1(GQ1)’and‘Ganqi No.2(GQ2)’as experimental strains,agronomic charac‑ters,leaf chlorophyll content,N content,medicinal roots yield,yield components and incidence rate of the three were determined,and the yield of the medicinal roots and incidence rate of root rot were compre‑hensively evaluated.Results:There were differences in agronomic characters and medicinal roots yield among A.membranaceus var.mongholicus strains(cultivars).The taproot of GQ1 and GQ2 increased significantly compared with CK,increasing by 36.91%and 52.51%.The number of lateral roots decreased by 19.70%and 18.23%,respectively.The two new strains have better root types.GQ2(0.7801)>GQ1(0.4821)>CK(0.2837)based on the comprehensive evaluation of medicinal roots yield components and incidence rate of root rot.The incidence of root rot of new strains GQ1 and GQ2 de‑creased significantly,and the yield of GQ2 was the highest.
