摘  要:以薰衣草6个品种为试验材料,通过分析田间气温下降期间薰衣草中可溶性蛋白(SP)、可溶性糖(SSC)、脯氨酸(Pro)、丙二醛(MDA)含量,以及过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性等抗寒指标的变化,对各品种的抗寒性进行了综合评价。结果表明:SSC含量在低温胁迫下逐渐上升,同时Pro、MDA含量及POD、SOD活性呈波动上升趋势,且在10月20日出现峰值,而CAT达活性高峰后逐渐下降,6个测定指标中Pro含量与MDA呈显著正相关,CAT与POD呈极显著负相关。依据隶属函数法进行抗寒性综合评价,6个品种抗寒性顺序为:‘70-1’>‘白花’>‘杂花65团’>‘杂花70团’>‘法国蓝’>‘太空蓝’。本研究结果表明“70-1”薰衣草抗寒性相比较强,可进行冬季不覆土过冬及引种至更寒冷地区试种。Six different lavender varieties were used as experimental materials to comprehensively evaluate the cold tolerance of various cultivars by measuring cold-resistance related indexes such as soluble protein(SP),soluble sugar content(SSC),proline(Pro),malondialdehyde(MDA)and antioxidant activity-related enzymes.The results showed that SSC increased continuously under low temperature stress,meanwhile the contents of proline,malondialdehyde(MDA)and the activities of peroxidase(POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)showed fluctuating upward trends,and all of these reached the peak on October 20.While the activities of catalase(CAT)decreased continuously after reaching the peak.There was a significant positive correlation between the content of proline and MDA,and an extremely significant negative correlation between CAT and POD.Cold tolerance of the six varieties were comprehensively evaluated using membership function,and its order was‘70-1’>‘White flower’>‘Zahua 65 tuan’>‘Zahua 70 tuan’>‘French blue’>‘Taikong blue’.The results of this study indiccoted“70-1”had relatively strong cold tolerance,so it could be used in winter without soil branches and introduced to colder areas for trial planting.
