摘　　要：随着社会的不断发展,我国的经济需要更广阔的发展空间;2013年,为促进与沿线各国经济的共同繁荣,我国开始实施“一带一路”倡议,这个方案的实施积极促进了我国与各国的发展。在近年“一带一路”倡议的支持下,跨境电商取得了飞速发展,但其发展受到多方面因素的影响,其中跨境物流直接影响其发展;我国的跨境物流发展现状相对落后,相对于发达国家,缺少很多优势条件和先进技术,导致我国的跨境电商交易后期发展缓慢。文章基于跨境电商近几年发展状况和“一带一路”倡议创造的经济发展空间与发展机遇,对制约跨境电商发展的条件进行分析研究,并得到相应解决问题的方法。With the continuous development of our society,our economy needs wider space for development.In 2013,China began to implement the Belt and Road Initiative.In order to promote the common prosperity of the economies of countries along the Belt and Road,the implementation of this plan actively promotes the development of all aspects between China and other countries.The development of cross-border e-commerce is also one of them.In recent years,with the support of the Belt and Road Initiative,cross-border e-commerce has developed by leaps and bounds,but its development is affected by many factors,among which cross-border logistics directly affects its development.However,the development status of cross-border logistics in China is relatively backward,and it lacks many advantages and advanced technologies,compared with developed countries.As a result,the progress of cross-border e-commerce transactions in the later period is slow.Based on the development situation and the economic development space and opportunities created by the Belt and Road Initiative,the paper studies the conditions restricting the development of cross-border e-commerce and gets the corresponding methods and suggestions to overcome the obstacles.
