云南野生菌产业物流体系模式与可持续研究

摘　　要：居民生活水平的提高影响着农产品物流体系的发展。在对特色农产品的需求越来越大的背景下,社会各界逐渐重视起生鲜农产品的流通方式和运输效率。云南具备良好的自然种植条件,为野生菌产业的发展提供了充足的条件。文章以云南野生菌为研究样本,通过对当地较大商户的走访和网络调查进行SWOT分析;从基础设施、农产品资源、运营能力等方面分析云南野生菌产业物流体系的发展情况,并且从选择战略供应商、提高物流设施利用率和优化运作机制等方面进行研究,进而提出针对性策略。The improvement of residents'living standards affects the development of agricultural product logistics system.Against the backdrop of increasing demand for characteristic agricultural products,all sectors of society gradually pay attention to the circulation mode and transportation efficiency of fresh agricultural products.Yunnan has good natural planting conditions,which provides sufficient conditions for the development of wild mushroom industry.By using Yunnan wild mushrooms as research samples,the paper conducts a SWOT analysis framework through visits to large local merchants and network surveys.From the aspects of infrastructure,agricultural product resources and operational capabilities,the development of the logistics system of wild mushroom industry in Yunnan was analyzed,and the research was carried out from the aspects of selecting strategic suppliers,increasing the utilization rate of logistics facilities and optimizing the operation mechanism,and targeted strategies were proposed.
