张太雷首次赴俄身份再辨疑——与张劲教授商榷

摘　　要：1921年6月至7月间,共产国际第三次代表大会在莫斯科召开,张太雷以中国共产党代表的身份参加了这次大会,这很容易让人认为张太雷是中共早期组织成员。但已有研究成果,包括张劲教授文章所引证之材料,大多带有演绎的成分,尚缺少令人信服的确切史料。相反,却有不少材料能够反证张太雷不是中共早期组织成员,且有的材料史料价值极高。实际上,张太雷致共产国际第三次代表大会的书面报告中提到的共产主义组织与中共早期组织并不是一回事,却与维经斯基等俄共(布)党员在华组织的革命委员会高度契合。张太雷极有可能是柏烈伟领导的天津或北京革命委员会的成员并加入俄共(布),后经柏烈伟介绍赴共产国际远东书记处工作并被远东书记处委派参加共产国际三大。由于张太雷不是中共早期组织成员,严格来说他当然不具有代表中共早期组织出席共产国际三大的资格;又由于张太雷是社会主义青年团员,且青年团是党的一个事业机构,自然属于中共早期组织体系范畴,从这个意义上说或者宽泛地说,张太雷是具有代表中共早期组织出席共产国际三大资格的。From June to July 1921,the 3rd Congress of the Communist International was held in Moscow.Zhang Tailei attended the Congress as the representative of the CPC,which easily led people to think that he was a member of the early organization of the CPC.However,most of the existing research outputs,including the materials cited by Prof.ZhangJin,have deductive elements and lack convincing and accurate historical data.On the contrary,there are many materials to prove that Zhang Tailei was not a member of the early organization of the CPC,and some of them have extremely high historical value.In fact,the communist organization mentioned in the“Zhang Tailei Report”was not the early organization of the CPC but highly compatible with the Revolutionary Committee organized by members of the Russian Communist Party(Bolsheviks)in China such as Voitinsky.Zhang Tailei was most likely a member of the Tianjin or Beijing Revolutionary Committee led by Polevory,and joined the Russian Communist Party(Bolsheviks).He was introduced by Polevory to work at the Far-East Secretariat of the Communist International,and then was appointed by it to attend the Congress.Since Zhang Tailei was not a member of the early organization of the CPC,he did not have the qualification to represent it to attend the Congress.But he was a member of the Socialist Youth League which was an institution of the Party and naturally belonged to the early organization system of the CPC.In this sense,or broadly speaking,Zhang Tailei had the qualification to attend the Congress as the representative of the early organization of the CPC.
