摘 要:针对中国核数据中心发布的最新版中子评价核数据库CENDL-3.2,首先深入研究了与多群截面产生相关的两体及多体动力学理论,推导了可直接应用的理论公式,深入分析了CENDL-3.2中不同核素,不同反应道数据类型之间的关系,自主开发了多群截面产生程序GroupXS。利用GroupXS处理CENDL-3.2产生了多群截面,并利用NJOY/GROUPR模块进行了验证。计算结果表明:GroupXS可处理CENDL-3.2中用于产生多群截面的所有中子反应和数据格式,可为后续反应堆物理计算提供精确的多群截面常数。通过GroupXS与GROUPR分别处理CENDL-3.2的结果对比发现,两个程序产生的多群注量和多群截面的相对偏差均小于0.01%,多群散射矩阵的相对偏差基本上小于0.1%。同时,选取了部分快临界基准进行验证,快临界基准有效增殖因子绝对偏差小于4×10-4。研究发现,利用NJOY2016处理ENDF/B-VII.1和ENDF/B-VIII.0评价核数据库计算得到92Mo和98Mo核素的kerma因子在部分能群出现负值,不符合物理事实,而基于CENDL-3.2的计算结果更合理。CENDL-3.2 is the latest version of the Chinese Evaluated Nuclear Data Library published by China Nuclear Data Center.The existing nuclear data processing program has more study on ENDF/B,but less research on CENDL-3.2.At first,this study deeply studied the two-body and multi-body dynamics theory related to the generation of multi-group cross sections,deduced the theoretical formula that can be directly applied,deeply analyzed the relationship between the data types of different nuclides and different reaction channels in the evaluated nuclear data of CENDL-3.2,and independently developed the multi-group cross section generation GroupXS program.Using GroupXS program to process the evaluation nuclear data of CENDL-3.2,the multi-group cross section is generated,and verified by using the GROUPR module.The calculation results show that GroupXS can process all the neutron reactions and all the data formats used to generate the multi-group cross section in CENDL-3.2,and can provide accurate multi-group cross section constants for subsequent reactor physics calculations.By comparing the results of processing CENDL-3.2 with GroupXS and GROUPR,respectively,it is found that the relative deviation of multi-group flux and multi-group cross section generated by the two programs is less than 0.01%,and the relative deviation of multi-group scattering matrix is basically less than 0.1%.At the same time,some fast critical benchmarks are selected for verification,and the deviation of effective multiplication factor of fast critical benchmarks is less than 4×10-4.It is found that the kerma factors of 92 Mo and 98 Mo nuclides calculated by NJOY2016 based on ENDF/B-VII.1 and ENDF/B-VII.0 are non-physical phenomena,while the calculation results based on the evaluation nuclear data of CENDL-3.2 are more reasonable.
