摘 要:可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱技术的温度测量特性与所选择的吸收谱线密切相关,要获得较高温度精度,就需要根据待测环境的温度特性对吸收谱线进行针对性的选择。提出了基于遗传算法的吸收谱线选择方法,并分别给出了固定温度和宽温度范围下的谱线选择结果。在固定温度下,最优谱线的选择结果具有可扩展性和兼容性,最优的N+1条吸收谱线包含最优的N条吸收谱线;所选谱线的测温不确定度随着谱线数量的增加而减小,而随着温度的升高而增大,且最优谱线的选择结果具有一定的温度适用范围。在宽温度范围下,谱线选择结果依然较为集中,不同谱线数量下的选择结果出现较高程度的重叠;在边缘温度处,最低和最高温度下的谱线选择结果分别会保证向上和向下的温度敏感性。总之,谱线选择结果一般都位于吸收光谱的峰值处,保证了所选吸收谱线的吸收强度;同时,所选结果还都包含位于等效下能级谱峰值和谷值处的吸收谱线,保证了所选吸收谱线的温度敏感性。For absorption spectroscopy based on thermometry,wavelength selection is of vital importance,since the temperature sensitivity is closely related to the absorption lines selected.To achieve high temperature measurement accuracy,careful line selection is required regarding the investigated temperature range.Here,utilizing the wavelength selection method based on genetic algorithm,best wavelength choices for a known temperature and a wide temperature range are discussed,respectively.For a known temperature,the selection results show excellent extensibility and compatibility with the best N lines included in the best N+1 lines.The temperature uncertainties decrease with the increase of the selected wavelength number,while grow against the rise of the temperature.And the selected lines are applicable within a certain temperature range.For a wide temperature range,the selection results for different wavelength numbers show a high degree of overlap.At the edges of the temperature range,the selection results for the lowest temperature show high sensitivity towards higher temperatures,while those for the highest temperature show high sensitivity towards lower temperatures.Overall,the selected lines are usually found at the peaks of the absorbance spectrum,ensuring high absorption,and at the limits of the effective lower energy spectrum,assuring high temperature sensitivity.
