摘 要:通过均匀化激光加热T700/9A16型碳纤维增强复合材料(carbon fiber reinforced polymer, CFRP)层合板,在试件的特定区域内形成较均匀的温度场。对加热后的CFRP层合板开展了拉伸性能测试,基于数字图像相关(digital image correlation, DIC)方法获取了试件激光加热区域在拉伸加载过程中的应变。结果表明:与常温相比,激光加热至300℃时,CFRP层合板拉伸弹性模量变化不明显,发生断裂时的极限应变增加了约28%,试件整体拉伸强度增加了约23%;激光加热超过420℃时,试件的拉伸力学性能开始出现明显下降。试件断口的扫描电子显微镜结果表明:与常温相比,激光加热至300℃时,碳纤维及环氧树脂的界面结合情况出现了明显的改变;激光加热温度超过420℃,可观察到碳纤维表面环氧树脂损失;激光加热至840℃时,可观察到明显的碳纤维丝烧蚀坑。热重分析显示,若CFRP层合板在高温下未发生明显热失重,则材料的剩余拉伸强度下降不明显;若出现明显的失重峰,则在相应温度区间内,材料的剩余拉伸强度明显下降。本文可为CFRP材料及结构在极端热环境下的工程应用提供参考。In this paper,a tensile performance tests on T700/9A16 carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)laminates are conducted by uniform laser heating,and obtained the strain of CFRP laminates during tensile loading in the laser heating area is by using digital image correlation(DIC)method.The results show that when the specimen is heated by laser to 300℃,the change in tensile elastic modulus of CFRP laminates is not significant,but the ultimate strain at fracture increases by about 28%compared to that at room temperature.The overall tensile strength of the specimen has increased by about 23%compared to the tensile strength generated by the specimen at room temperature.When the specimen is heated by laser over 420℃,the tensile strength of the specimen begins to show a significant decrease.The SEM results of the fracture surface of the specimens indicate that when CFRP was heated to 300℃by laser,the interfacial bonding between carbon fiber and epoxy resin changed significantly.When the laser heating temperature exceeds 420℃,the loss of epoxy resin on the surface of carbon fibers can be observed.When the laser heating temperature reaches 840℃,the obvious carbon fiber wire ablation pits can be observed.Thermo-gravimetric analysis shows that if CFRP does not have significant thermal weight loss at high temperature,the residual tensile strength of CFRP do not decrease significantly.If a significant weight loss peak occurs,the residual tensile strength of the material will decrease obviously within the corresponding temperature range.This paper can provide a reference for the engineering application of CFRP materials and structures in extreme thermal environments.
