摘 要:为获得可应用于地下高频动态力学参数测量的回填材料,提出了以普通硅酸盐水泥为基础的胶凝材料,通过掺入粉煤灰、塑性膨胀剂及UEA等添加剂来制备与软岩波阻抗相匹配的微膨胀系列胶凝材料,探究了水胶比和粉煤灰取代量对微膨胀胶凝材料密度、声速、流动度、竖向膨胀率、抗压强度及波阻抗的影响规律。结果表明:随着水胶比的增大,微膨胀胶凝材料流动度略有增大,竖向膨胀率逐渐缩小,试件在各龄期的抗压强度、密度及波速均逐渐降低,相应的波阻抗也逐渐减小;随着粉煤灰取代量的增加,浆体流动度呈现逐渐增大的趋势,试件在各龄期的抗压强度、密度、波速及波阻抗均逐渐降低;随着养护龄期的延长,水泥结构的性能越来越稳定,试件的抗压强度、波速及波阻抗不断增加,然后趋于稳定。通过试验研究,制备出了抗压强度为1.8~45.5 MPa、密度为1.33~2.18 g·cm-3、波速为1.43~3.31 km·s-1、波阻抗为(1.96~7.12)×10-6kg·m-2·s-1的微膨胀胶凝材料,可应用于各种力学性能与波阻抗要求不同的砂土与软岩环境回填材料中。To obtain backfill materials that can be applied to the measurement of underground high-frequency dynamic mechanical parameters,a series of micro expansive cementing materials which match the impedance of soft rock wave are prepared by adding fly ash,plastic expansion agent,and UEA.The effects of fly ash content and water-binder ratio on the apparent density,sound velocity,fluidity,vertical expansion rate,compressive strength,and wave impedance of micro-expansive cementing materials are studied.The experimental results show that with the increase of water-binder ratio,the fluidity of slurry increases slightly,and the vertical expansion rate decreases gradually.The compressive strength,density,and wave velocity of specimens at various ages decrease gradually,and the corresponding wave impedance also decreases gradually.With the increase of fly ash content,the fluidity of slurry increases gradually,and the compressive strength,density,wave velocity,and wave impedance of specimens at various ages decrease gradually.With the extension of curing age,the performance of cement structure becomes more and more stable,and the compressive strength,wave velocity,and wave impedance of specimens increase and then tend to be stable.Through experimental research,micro expansive materials with compressive strength of 1.8~45.5 MPa,density of 1.33~2.18 g·cm-3,wave velocity of 1.43~3.31 km·s-1,and wave impedance of(1.96~7.12)×10-6 kg·m-2·s-1,can be prepared and bulging material can be applied to backfill material in sand and soft rock environment with different mechanical properties and wave impedance.
