摘 要:通过将聚丙烯(PP)与不同比例的聚烯烃弹性体(POE)和滑石粉进行共混改性,研究不同比例的POE和滑石粉对PP力学性能及平行于熔体流动方向上收缩率的影响。结果表明:POE和滑石粉质量分数的增加均可降低PP平行于熔体流动方向上的收缩率;当滑石粉质量分数为20%且POE质量分数达到10%时,POE和滑石粉对降低PP收缩率具有协同效应;当PP/POE/滑石粉的质量比为65∶15∶20时,材料的韧性、刚性与收缩率实现了较为理想的平衡,适用于模内贴标容器。By blending polypropylene(PP)with dfferent proportions of polyolefin elastomer(POE)and talcum powder,the effects of different proportions of POE and talcum powder on the mechanical properties and the shrinkage rate parallel to the melt flow direction of PP were studied.Results show that the increase of POE and talcum powder content can reduce the shrinkage rate parallel to the melt flow direction of PP.When the talcum powder content is 20%and the POE content achieves 10%,POE and talcum powder have a synergistic effect on reducing the shrinkage rate of PP.When the mass ratio of PP/POE/talcum powder is 65:15:20,the toughness,rigidity and shrinkage of material achieve an ideal balance,which is suitable for in-mold labeling containers.
