摘　　要：目的:探究布地奈德、硫酸特布他林雾化吸入、孟鲁司特钠联合治疗对小儿毛细支气管炎患儿症状改善时间的影响。方法:筛选2020年5月~2021年1月收治的104例小儿毛细支气管炎患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组两组各52例,比较观察组(布地奈德+硫酸特布他林雾化吸入+孟鲁司特钠)和对照组(给予孟鲁司特钠)的治疗效果及不良反应。结果:治疗后观察组(96.15%)的临床疗效显著高于对照组(84.62%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);症状改善时间显著短于对照组;动脉血气指标水平(PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)、SaO_(2))均显著高于对照组;各项免疫功能指标显著高于对照组;炎症水平(CRP、IL-6、WBC)显著低于对照组;观察组(1.92%)的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(17.31%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:毛细支气管炎患儿接受布地奈德+硫酸特布他林雾化吸入+孟鲁司特钠治疗,可有效改善临床症状,缩短症状消失时间,改善动脉血气水平,减轻炎症反应,增强机体免疫功能,不良反应较少,安全有效。Objective To investigate the effect of combined therapy of budesonide,terbutaline sulfate inhalation and montelukast sodium on symptom improvement time in children with bronchiolitis.Method A total of 104 children with bronchiolitis who were treated in our hospital from May 2020 to January 2021 were screened and randomly divided into 2 groups,52 cases in each group.The observation group(budesonide+terbutaline sulfate inhalation)was compared+Montelukast sodium)and the control group(with Montelukast sodium)treatment effect and adverse reactions.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group(96.15%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.62%);the symptom improvement time was significantly shorter than that of the control group;the levels of arterial blood gas indicators(PaO_(2),PaCO_(2),Sao2)were significantly higher than those of the control group;Various immune function indexes were significantly higher than those in the control group;the levels of inflammation(CRP,IL-6,WBC)were significantly lower than those in the control group;the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(1.92%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(17.31%),P<0.05.Conclusion The treatment of children with bronchiolitis treated with budesonide+terbutaline sulfate aerosol inhalation+montelukast sodium can effectively improve clinical symptoms,shorten the time of symptom disappearance,improve arterial blood gas level,reduce inflammatory response,and enhance immunity Function,less adverse reactions,safe and effective.
