改性黏土与絮凝剂制备物对齿状纹石藻的消除作用

摘  要:齿状纹石藻是河北省沿海分布的一种钙化海洋赤潮微藻。为寻找消除齿状纹石藻的有效应用材料,以该藻为研究对象,分析了高岭土、改性黏土及絮凝剂制备物等对其的消除作用。实验结果表明,高岭土对齿状纹石藻细胞基本没有消除作用,但对藻细胞具有明显的托举作用,改性黏土及絮凝剂制备物对齿状纹石藻消除作用明显,高岭土对絮凝剂制备物除藻可产生明显的助凝效果。研究结果为进一步探索改性黏土及絮凝剂应急处置海洋有害藻华奠定了基础。Pleurochrysis dentata is a kind of calcified marine red tide microalgae distributed along the coast of Hebei Province.In order to find effective application materials for the elimination of Pleurochrysis carterae,the removal effects of kaolin,modified clay and flocculant preparation samples on Pleurochrysis carterae are analyzed in this study.The results showed that kaolin has no effect on the removal of Pleurochrysis carterae,but has an obvious lifting effect on them.The modified clays and the flocculant preparation samples have obvious removal effect,and Kaolinite has significant coagulation effect on the removal of Pleurochrysis carterae by flocculant preparation samples.The results lay a foundation for exploring the emergency disposal of harmful algal blooms with modified clays and flocculants preparation samples.
