摘 要:喷嘴的成膜特性直接影响喷射式凝汽器的凝结性能。以某型喷射式凝汽器喷嘴为研究对象,搭建喷嘴实验平台,在不考虑蒸汽流动的情况下,研究DN13与DN15两种直径喷嘴在不同入口压力下(3 kPa~25 kPa)水的喷射成膜特性。实验结果表明,随着喷嘴入口压力的增加,液膜尺寸与面积初期呈较大的增长趋势,当压力增加到7.5 kPa后,液膜长度有所减小,液膜宽度增长减缓,液膜面积趋于平稳。随着入口压力的增加,液膜表面波与湍流度随之增强,液膜区与液滴区的分界变得模糊,空间上开始出现液膜与液滴交替出现区域。此结果可为喷嘴选型、设计喷嘴入口压力、优化喷射式凝汽器结构布置提供参考。The film forming characteristics of nozzle directly affect the condensation performance of jet condenser.The study takes a jet condenser nozzle as the research object,and builds a nozzle experiment platform to study the film forming characteristics of DN13 and DN15 nozzles at different inlet pressures(3 kPa~25 kPa)without considering the steam flow.The experimental results show that with the increase of nozzle inlet pressure,the size and area of liquid film have a large growth trend at the initial stage.When the pressure increases by 7.5 kPa,the length of liquid film decreases,the width of liquid film slows down,and the area of liquid film tends to be stable.With the increase of inlet pressure,the surface wave and turbulence intensity of the liquid film increase,the boundary between the liquid film area and the droplet area becomes blurred,and the area where the liquid film and droplet appear alternately starts to appear in space.The results can provide reference for nozzle selection,nozzle inlet pressure design and structural layout optimization of jet condenser.
