个性化护理干预缓解心绞痛患者焦虑抑郁情绪的效果

摘　　要：探究个性化护理干预措施对心绞痛患者焦虑抑郁情绪的缓解效果。选取2022年4月-2023年4月在西安市某三级甲等医院心内科住院治疗的120例心绞痛患者,利用随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各60例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上给予个性化护理干预,比较两组心绞痛患者的焦虑状态、抑郁情绪及护理满意度。研究组心绞痛患者住院1周和2周的焦虑评分(SAS)和抑郁评分(SDS)显著低于对照组,研究组的焦虑人数和抑郁人数显著少于对照组(P<0.05),且研究组心绞痛患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。在心血管内科的护理工作中采用个性化护理干预措施,能够有效改善心绞痛患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,同时有助于提高患者对护理工作的满意度。In order to explore the effect of personalized nursing intervention on anxiety and depression in patients with angina pectoris,the study selects 120 patients with angina pectoris in Department of Cardiology in a tertiary A hospital in Xi’an City from Apr.2022 to Apr.2023,and randomly divides them into control group and research group with random number table,with 60 cases in each group.Control group receive routine nursing,and research group receive routine nursing based on personalized nursing intervention.The anxiety,depression and nursing satisfaction of patients with angina pectoris in two groups are compared.SAS and SDS scores of patients with angina pectoris in the study group are significantly lower than those in the control group in 1 and 2 weeks in hospital.The number of anxiety and depression patients in the study group is significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients with angina pectoris in the study group is higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The application of personalized nursing intervention measures in the nursing work of Department of Cardiology can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients with angina pectoris,and help to improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work.
