摘 要:稀土在激光熔覆中可改善激光熔覆层的组织和性能,研究了添加质量分数为1.0%的稀土氧化物Y_(2)O_(3)对激光熔覆Fe60涂层显微组织和摩擦学性能的影响。使用激光熔覆技术在16Mn基板表面制备了Fe60涂层和Fe60-Y_(2)O_(3)涂层;采用XRD、OM、SEM、EDS对比分析了Fe60涂层和Fe60-Y_(2)O_(3)涂层的显微组织;通过维氏硬度计、摩擦磨损试验机、3D形貌仪和SEM研究了两种涂层的显微硬度、摩擦学性能和磨损机理。结果表明,与Fe60涂层相比,Fe60-Y_(2)O_(3)涂层的二次枝晶臂间距为2.925μm,减小了17.4%;截面显微硬度为701 HV0.3,提高了9.5%;摩擦系数为0.312,降低了40.3%;体积磨损率为2.36×10-5 mm3/(N·m),降低了30.8%。可见,Fe60-Y_(2)O_(3)涂层具有细化的显微组织、更高的显微硬度、更低的摩擦系数和更好的抗磨损性能。Rare earth can improve the microstructure and properties of the laser cladding layer in laser cladding.In this paper,the effects of rare earth Y_(2)O_(3)with a mass fraction of 1.0%on the microstructure and tribological properties of a laser cladding Fe60 coating were studied.First,an Fe60 coating and Fe60-Y_(2)O_(3)coating were prepared on the surface of a 16Mn substrate by laser cladding.Then,the microstructure of both the Fe60 coating and Fe60-Y_(2)O_(3)coating was analysed by XRD,OM,SEM and EDS.Finally,the microhardness,tribological properties and wear mechanism of the two coatings were studied by a Vickers hardness tester,friction and wear tester,3D profilometer and SEM.The results show that compared with the Fe60 coating,the secondary dendrite arm spacing of the Fe60-Y_(2)O_(3)coating is 2.925μm,which is reduced by 17.4%;the cross-section microhardness is 701 HV0.3,which is increased by 9.5%;the friction coefficient is 0.312,which is decreased by 40.3%;and the volume wear rate is 2.36×10-5 mm3/(N·m),which is decreased by 30.8%.Therefore,the Fe60-Y_(2)O_(3)coating with finer grains has a higher microhardness,lower friction coefficient and better wear resistance.
