摘　　要：【目的】羊胃肠炎是羊养殖过程中经常发生的一种疾病。导致羊胃肠炎的原因复杂,因此本文对羊胃肠炎的发病原因和防治措施进行阐述,以期为羊胃肠炎的防控提供指导借鉴。【方法】观察规模化养殖场中羊胃肠炎的发生原因、临床症状及病理剖检变化,提出有效的防治措施。【结果】羊胃肠炎主要由饲料质量不合格、饲养管理不当、病原入侵和药物使用不合理4个原因导致;以腹痛、发热、腹泻为主要临床特征;以肠道充血、出血、扩张,伴炎症变化,小肠含有黄绿色液体伴脱落肠黏膜为主要病理现象;可以从肠胃清理、抑菌消炎、保护胃黏膜、补液、强心与解毒及改善胃肠机能5个方面进行治疗,强化饲养管理方面进行防控。【结论】归纳羊胃肠炎的发病原因、临床症状和病理变化,提出相应的防治方法和措施,为今后羊胃肠炎防控提供参考。【Objective】Sheep gastroenteritis is a common disease,the causes of which are complex.In order to provide guidance for its prevention and control,the causes as well as prevention and treatment measures were introduced.【Methods】Through observing the causes,clinical symptoms and pathological changes of sheep gastroenteritis in large-scale farm,effective prevention and treatment measures were put forward.【Results】Sheep gastroenteritis was mainly caused by four reasons:unqualified feed quality,improper feeding management,pathogen invasion and unreasonable drug use.The main clinical symptoms were abdominal pain,fever and diarrhea.The main pathological changes included intestinal congestion,bleeding,dilatation,accompanied by inflammatory changes,and yellow-green fluid in the small intestine with exfoliation of the intestinal mucosa.The diseased sheep could be treated from five aspects,such as gastrointestinal cleaning,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory,gastric mucosa protection,rehydration,cardiac strengthening and detoxification,and gastrointestinal function improvement.Meanwhile,strengthening feeding management should be carried out.【Conclusion】The causes,clinical symptoms and pathological changes of sheep gastroenteritis were summarized,and the corresponding prevention and treatment measures were put forward,hoping to provide reference for the prevention and control of sheep gastroenteritis in the future.
