摘　　要：【目的】绵羊支原体肺炎是由绵羊肺炎支原体引起的一种高度接触性传染病,该病不仅危害羊产业的稳定发展,控制不当会对养羊业造成较大经济损失。【方法】本文跟踪调查整理了阿勒泰地区个别羊养殖场和养殖户两起羊支原体肺炎病例,现场对个别死亡羊只剖检采集部分病料,通过细菌培养和PCR鉴定的方法进行实验室诊断。【结果】结果显示,死亡羊只肺部发生实变、黏连、胸膜壁粗糙增厚、气管内有大量白色泡沫,具有典型的纤维素性支原体肺炎的剖检特征。此外绵羊支原体PCR检测结果为阳性,而细菌培养结果阴性,经确诊该病为羊支原体肺炎。【结论】通过总结两起绵羊支原体肺炎的发病情况、临床症状、剖检病理变化、实验室诊断,结合诊疗的情况,为该病的防控提供借鉴参考。【Objective】Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia of sheep is a highly contagious infectious disease caused by Mycoplasma ovipneumonia,which not only endangers the stable development of sheep industry,but also results in great economic losses if not be properly controlled.【Methods】In this study,two cases of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in sheep were investigated and sorted out in some sheep farms/households in Altay area.Pathological tissue samples of dead sheep were collected after field autopsy,and laboratory diagnosis was carried out on the basis of bacterial culture and PCR identification.【Results】According to autopsy,the dead sheep had lung consolidation,adhesion,rough and thickened pleural wall,and a large amount of white foam in the trachea,which conformed to the typical characteristics of fibrinous Mycoplasma pneumonia.In addition,PCR results showed the samples were positive for Mycoplasma ovipneumonia,while negative for bacterial culture,and the disease was confirmed as Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia finally.【Conclusion】Some reference was provided for prevention and control of the disease by summarizing its incidence,clinical symptoms,pathological changes,laboratory diagnosis as well as its treatment.
