摘  要:【目的】为探究鸭茅对外部环境的适应性,并为进一步开发、利用与保护野生鸭茅种质资源、选育优异新品种提供参考依据。【方法】本研究以塔尔巴哈台山野生鸭茅为研究对象,测定不同海拔鸭茅种群植株叶片生理生化特征。【结果】随着海拔的升高,野生鸭茅脯氨酸含量和过氧化物酶活性呈先降后升再降的波动变化趋势,而叶绿素含量呈先降后增的变化趋势(P<0.05);但可溶性糖、丙二醛含量、相对含水量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)对海拔的变化响应不敏感(P>0.05)。【结论】初步揭示了野生鸭茅适应不同海拔梯度的特点,野生鸭茅在不同海拔高度上均有不同的适应性。【Objective】In order to explore the adaptability of Dactylis glomerata L.to the external environment,and to provide a theoretical basis for the further development,utilization and protection of natural Dactylis glomerata germplasm resources,as well as for the selection of excellent new varieties.【Methods】Taking the natural Dactylis glomerata in Talbaha mountain as research materials,the physiological and biochemical characteristics of the leaves of Dactylis glomerata at different altitudes were determined.【Results】With the increase of altitude,the proline content and peroxidase activity showed a fluctuating trend,which decreased first,then increased and finally decreased again,while the chlorophyll content showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing(P<0.05).However,soluble sugar,malondialdehyde content,relative water content,superoxide dismutase(SOD)were not sensitive to the change of altitude(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The study preliminarily revealed the characteristics of adaptation of natural Dactylis glomerata to different altitudes,and it had different adaptability at different altitudes.
