摘  要:针对停机位分配易受机坪运行冲突和实际进离港时刻偏差的影响,导致停机位实际分配方案偏离预分配方案的问题,将航班实际上/撤轮挡时刻和计划上/撤轮挡时刻之间的偏差与航班推出-进位的最小安全时间间隔相结合来表达航班运行冲突风险值,在此基础上建立兼顾机坪运行安全与机场、航司、旅客三方利益协同的停机位预分配综合优化模型,引入多目标优化算法NSGA-Ⅱ,以国内某大型枢纽机场机坪运行模式和运行数据为实例开展分析验证,得到的三类优化方案与人工分配方案相比,均可降低航班运行冲突风险值、使用远机位的航班数量和旅客步行距离。其中,兼顾三个目标所得到的优化方案,相较人工方案,可分别使航班运行冲突风险值、使用远机位的航班数量和旅客步行距离减少16.31%、55.22%和7.40%。Aiming at the problem that the actual allocation plan of gates is susceptible to the impact of apron operation conflict and deviation of actual arrival and departure time,the deviation between actual in/off block time and planned in/off block time of flights is combined with the minimum safety time interval of flight push carry to express the risk value of flight operation conflict.On this basis,a comprehensive optimization model of gate pre allocation is established,which takes into account apron operation safety and the interests of the airport,airlines and passengers.Multi objective optimization algorithm NSGA Ⅱ is introduced,and the apron operation mode and operation data of a large hub airport in China are taken as an example for analysis and verification.Compared with the manual allocation scheme,the three optimization schemes obtained can all reduce the flight operation conflict risk value,the number of flights using remote seats and passenger walking distance.Among them,compared with the manual scheme,the optimized scheme which takes into account the three objectives can respectively reduce the risk value of flight operation conflict,the number of flights using remote seats and the walking distance of passengers by 16.31%,55.22%and 7.40%.
