摘 要:随着平视显示器(HUD)系统在飞机上普及应用,其配套的训练课程和训练设备的需求量持续增长,HUD将会成为D级飞行模拟机必选功能件。主要介绍了飞行平视显示器的各组成设备及功能,实现了HUD真机件在飞行模拟机上的安装、接口信号激励以及与视景系统的校准。安装、激励和校准完成后,参照中国民航局的HUD鉴定标准对飞行模拟机上集成的HUD系统进行了功能、性能和精度的验证,结果表明,方案具有良好的稳定性、实时性和精确度,满足模拟机HUD训练科目对设备的要求。With the widespread application of Head Up Display(HUD)systems in aircraft,the demand for its supporting training courses and equipment continues to grow,and HUD will become a mandatory feature for D level flight simulators.This article mainly introduces the various components and functions of the flight head up display,achieving the installation of HUD real aircraft components on the flight simulator,interface signal excitation,and boresight with the visual system.After installation,excitation and boresight were completed,The function,performance and accuracy of the integrated HUD system on the flight simulator were verified in accordance with the HUD appraisal standards of the Civil Aviation Administration of China.The results showed that this scheme had good stabilty,real time performance and high accuracy.This scheme meets the requirement of simulator HUD training subject.
