摘　　要：为了解决航电系统中FC网络模块在低温-55℃条件下出现的通信故障,根据模块工作原理及测试方法,对故障因素进行分析和测量,确定故障原因是由于模块3.3 V供电电源滤波电容低温时等效ESR电阻值偏大,导致FC网络差分晶振频率输出异常,FC网络通信报故。通过更换低ESR值同型钽电容,可以彻底解决FC网络低温偶发通信故障,同时,对测试工装进行优化改进,将测试设备中产品自环测试方法改为两个模块产品之间的对传测试,设计更为合理。实践表明,产品在低温条件下能更可靠地进行通信传输,测试设备也能有效剔除低温故障。In order to solve the communication failure of the FC network module in the avionics system under low temperature 55℃conditions,the fault factors are analyzed and measured according to the working principle of the module and the test method.It is determined that the fault reason is that the equivalent ESR resistance value of the 3.3V power supply filter capacitor of the module is too high at low temperature,resulting in the abnormal output of the FC network differential crystal oscillator frequency,and the FC network communication error.By replacing the tantalum capacitor with low ESR value,it can completely solve the low temperature accidental communication failure of FC network.At the same time,the test tooling is optimized and improved,and the product self loop test method in the test equipment is changed to the transmission test between two module products,which is more reasonable in design.The practice shows that the product can communicate more reliably under low temperature conditions,and the test equipment can also effectively eliminate low temperature faults.
