摘 要:随着电子技术集成化的发展,电路的集成度和复杂度提高,电路结构逐渐向模块化、网络化发展,其内部元器件对电路系统可靠性的影响已不能用单一的串并联模型进行分析。各器件实现连通是电路正常进行信号传递的基础,因此以连通可靠性作为指标,以电路功能模块作为网络基本单元,提出一种电路可靠性分析方法。方法在简化电路网络的同时,能够分析不同可靠性水平的器件对电路本身的可靠性影响。其具体分为以下步骤:1)基于功能模块的电路网络建模及节点失效率计算;2)网络可靠性精确/近似计算及分析;3)不同质量等级器件对电路整体可靠性的影响分析。这些过程运用于具体电路网络案例,证明了方法的可行性。With the development of electronic technology,the integration and complexity of circuits have increased,and circuit structures are gradually developing towards modularity and networking.The effect of components on the reliability of circuit systems cannot be analyzed using the series or parallel model.The signal transmission in circuits is based on the connection of components.Therefore,this article takes the connectivity reliability as the parameter of circuit reliability.The circuit network is modeled with the circuit functional units as the nodes.Then a circuit connectivity reliability analysis method is proposed.This method can simplify the circuit network while analyzing the effect of components with different quality levels on the reliability of the circuit.It includes 3 main steps:1)modeling circuit network based on functional modules and calculating failure rate of nodes;2)quantify the network reliability using accurate/approximate calculation methods;3)analyzing how components reliability changing effect on the circuits reliability.An example is used as to verify the effectiveness of the method.
