摘 要:为探索科学高效、生态安全且节约成本的草原鼠虫害综合防控模式,于2020年夏季在内蒙古自治区乌兰察布市化德县的鼠虫害发生区采用不同施药方式进行灭鼠、灭虫试验,并全面评估了药物对环境的安全性。结果表明:3种防控方式30 d后防治效果均在90%以上,均达到了防控鼠虫害效果;C型肉毒素常规拌饵灭鼠的残留量相对较大、残留时间较长,单独或混合喷灭鼠30 d后药剂残留量可忽略不计,苦参碱单独或混合喷14 d后残留量可忽略不计;灭鼠剂和灭虫剂混合喷作业,比另外两种防控方式节约成本5~7.5元/hm^(2)。结合防效和药剂残留,鼠虫药剂混合喷效果更好,且成本更低。In order to explore scientific,efficient,ecological safe,and cost-effective integrated measures of prevention and control grassland rodents and pests,different pesticide control methods were used in the summer of 2020 in occurrence area of rodent and pest of Huade county,Ulanqab city.The safety of pesticide to environment was also comprehensively evaluated.The result showed that three control measures all had control effects on rodent pest and control effect reached more than 90%after 30 days.Botulin type C of the routine rodent-killing had larger residual quantity,longer residue time,and the residue quantity was almost negligible 30 days after spray separately and mixed spray,while the residual amount of matrine was negligible 14 days after spray separately and mixed spray.It was estimated that spray of rodenticide mixed with insecticide could save from 5 to 7.5 yuan per hectare compared with the other two methods.Based on the control effect,residue quantity and residue time,mixed spray of rodenticide and insecticide had better control effect,and the cost was lower.
