摘　　要：As the editor-in-chief of Photonics Research,I am honored to serve in this role as we celebrate our 10th anniversary.Since its launch in 2013,the journal has been dedicated to publishing and promoting high-quality research work in the field of optics and photonics.Our goal is to ensure that every paper accepted for publication is not only technically correct,but also adds new and important results to the field.
