摘　　要：目的探究松龄血脉康联合奥美沙坦酯治疗老年原发性高血压的效果。方法根据随机数字表法将我院收治的100例老年原发性高血压患者分为试验组(50例,松龄血脉康联合奥美沙坦酯治疗)和对照组(50例,奥美沙坦酯治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、颈-股动脉脉搏波传导速度(CF-PWV)、颈-桡动脉脉搏波传导速度(CR-PWV)低于对照组,胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平高于对照组,丙二醛(MDA)、活性氧(ROS)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论松龄血脉康联合奥美沙坦酯治疗老年原发性高血压患者的效果显著,可改善患者的胰岛素抵抗与氧化应激反应程度,且安全性高。Objective To explore the effect of Songling Xuemaikang combined with olmesartan medoxomil in the treatment of elderly patients with essential hypertension.Methods According to the random number table method,100 elderly patients with essential hypertension admitted in our hospital were divided into experimental group(50 cases,Songling Xuemaikang combined with olmesartan medoxomil treatment)and control group(50 cases,olmesartan medoxomil treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting insulin(FINS),homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance(HOMA-IR),carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity(CF-PWV)and carotid-radial pulse wave velocity(CR-PWV)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the insulin sensitivity index(ISI)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of nitric oxide synthase(NOS)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and reactive oxygen species(ROS)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Songling Xuemaikang combined with olmesartan medoxomil has a significant effect in the treatment of elderly patients with essential hypertension,which can improve the degree of insulin resistance and oxidative stress response,and has high safety.
