摘　　要：目的探讨和血明目片联合全视网膜光凝术治疗非增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变的效果及对视觉能力的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2021年6月收治的80例非增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用全视网膜光凝术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合和血明目片治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的P100波潜伏期短于对照组,P100波振幅高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的视力、30°视敏度、30°~60°视敏度高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血管生成素-2(Ang-2)、缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)及血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论和血明目片联合全视网膜光凝术治疗非增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变效果较好,可改善视觉能力,调节血管新生指标,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of Hexue Mingmu tablets combined with panretinal photocoagulation on non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy and its influence on visual ability.Methods A total of 80 patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy admitted from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with panretinal photocoagulation,and the observation group was treated with Hexue Mingmu tablets on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the latency of P100 wave in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the amplitude of P100 wave was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual acuity,30°visual acuity and 30°-60°visual acuity of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of angiopoietin-2(Ang-2),hypoxia-inducible factor-1(HIF-1)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hexue Mingmu tablets combined with panretinal photocoagulation is effective in the treatment of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy.It can improve visual ability and regulate angiogenesis indexes,which is worthy of promotion.
