摘　　要：目的分析情景式健康教育在永久性起搏器植入手术患者早期功能锻炼中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月进行永久性起搏器植入的120例患者,根据护理方案将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用情景式健康教育。比较两组的干预效果。结果护理后,观察组的健康认知、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、自我感受负担量表(SPBS)、康纳-戴维森韧性量表(CD-RISC)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及自我护理能力量表(ESCA)、起搏器生存质量测定量表(QLIPP)各维度评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论情景式健康教育应用于永久性起搏器植入手术患者早期功能锻炼中的效果显著。Objective To analyze the application effect of situational health education in early functional exercise of patients undergoing permanent pacemaker implantation.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent permanent pacemaker implantation from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing plan,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given situational health education based on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the health cognition,General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES),Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS),Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores and the each dimension scores of Exercise of Self-Care Agency(ESCA)and Quality of Life Instrument for Patients with Pacemaker(QLIPP)of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The situational health education applied in the early functional exercise of patients with permanent pacemaker implantation has a remarkable effect.
