摘　　要：现如今,各个国家都在注重提升政府的应急能力。应急能力的提升需要基于应急通信技术的增强,其中应急广播是重要的应急通信方式之一。基于模型-视图-控制器(Model-View-Controller,MVC)开发模式,结合浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)架构和客户机/服务器(Client/Server,C/S)架构,设计了应急广播网络管理系统。该研究创新性地将广播技术与网络管理元素融合,提升了广播的整体性能。Nowadays,all countries are paying attention to improving the government's emergency response capability.The improvement of emergency ability needs to be based on the enhancement of emergency communication technology,in which emergency broadcasting is one of the important emergency communication methods.Based on the Model-View-Controller(MVC)development mode,combined with Browser/Server(B/S)architecture and Client/Server(C/S)architecture,an emergency broadcast network management system is designed.This research innovatively integrates broadcasting technology with network management elements,and improves the overall performance of broadcasting.
