摘 要:针对安装在印制电路板上的绕线片式电感器在涂覆三防漆后发生的开路失效进行了分析。详细地介绍了分析过程与手段,主要从器件结构、装配工艺、断口位置与形貌特征等方面展开了分析,确认电感器的失效原因是三防漆在环境温度变化时发生热胀冷缩,对引出线产生一定的应力作用,长此以往,最终导致了引出线在焊接根部位置发生疲劳断裂。The open circuit failure of wound chip inductors installed on printed circuit board after coating three proofing paint is analyzed.The analysis process and means are introduced in detail,and it is mainly analyzed from the aspects of device structure,assembly process,fracture location and morphological characteristics.And it is confirmed that the failure cause of the inductor is the thermal expansion and cold contraction of the three proofing paint when the ambient temperature changes,which has a certain stress effect on the outgoing line.In the long run,it finally leads to the fatigue fracture of the outgoing line at the welding root.
