摘 要:针对在前后级均需使用厚膜熔断器的应用需求,将国产厚膜熔断器在前后级使用的场景等效为熔断器串联模型进行研究。分析了不同额定电流下熔断器串联使用时的过流保护特性及对未熔断熔断器能否继续使用进行了研究。其中,未熔断熔断器稳态方面从载流容量、耐久性试验进行可靠性评估,瞬态方面从脉冲试验进行可靠性评估,得出了厚膜熔断器前后级使用的可靠性要求,为用户和前后级使用熔断器提供了技术支撑。In order to meet the application demand of thick-film fuses in front and rear stages,the application scenarios of domestic thick-film fuses used in front and rear stages is equivalent to series model of fuses for research.The over-current protection characteristics of fuses with different rated currents used in series are analyzed and whether the unblown fuses can continue to be used is studied.The reliability of unblown fuses is evaluated by current carrying capacity and durability test in steady state and pulse test in transient state.The reliability requirements of thick film fuses used in front and rear stage are obtained,which provides technical support for users to use fuses in front and rear stage.
