摘 要:电气间隙与爬电距离对电气产品的安全防护起着非常重要的作用。如果相关绝缘位置的距离不能满足要求,带电部件和可触及部件之间就存在短路的安全隐患,可能造成电气产品泄漏电流增加、电气强度下降、安全性能降低,从而使可触及部件带电,直接威胁到使用人员或操作人员的生命安全。对电气间隙和爬电距离进行了分析与讨论,首先,介绍了影响电气间隙和爬电距离的因素;然后,阐述了电气间隙和爬电距离的测量方法,以期对相关产品的研发和设计提供一些借鉴作用。Electrical clearance and creepage distance of electrical products play a very important role in the safety protection.If the distance between the relevant insulation position can’t meet the requirements,there may be a safety hazard of short circuit between the electrical charged parts and the accessible parts,which may increase the leakage current,decrease the electrical strength,and reduce the safety performance of electrical products.As a result,the accessible parts become live,which directly threatens the life safety of users or operators.The electrical clearance and creepage distance are analyzed and discussed.Firstly,the influence factors of electrical clearance and creepage distance are introduced.Then,the measurement methods of electrical clearance and creepage distance are described so as to provide some reference for the development and design of related products.
