摘  要:以某型机任务系统任务完好性为目的,论述了基于自动测试标记语言(ATML)技术的某型飞机任务系统现场维修保障设备的研制。首先,对装备检测、维修需求做了充分分析,详细地阐述了面向作战任务的现场维修保障需求,描述了现场维修检测环境的组成、工作原理;其次,叙述了现场维修检测环境设备的软件组成及技术特点;然后,详细地介绍了现场维修测试程序的设计、开发过程和后期应用,确定了维修检测和维修后需要检测和发送的信号;最后,思考了现场维修保障存在的问题及解决方案。某型机任务系统现场维修保障技术通过模拟任务系统的工作环境,实现被测机载设备的功能、性能测试,进而根据测试结果利用D矩阵进行故障分析,确定故障维修方案,辅助工业部门及部队修理厂实现机上故障件与航材故障件的现场维修,提高了现场维修保障能力。For the purpose of mission integrity of a mission system of an aircraft,the development of field maintenance support equipment of an aircraft mission system based on ATML technology is discussed.Firstly,the requirements of equipment testing and maintenance are fully analyzed,the requirements of on-site maintenance support for combat missions are elaborated,and the composition and working principle of on-site maintenance testing environment are described.Secondly,the software composition and technical characteristics of field maintenance and testing environment equipment are described.Then,the design,development and later application of the on-site maintenance test program are introduced in detail,and the maintenance test and the signals to be detected and sent after maintenance are determined.Finaly,the problems and solutions of on-site maintenance support are described.By simulating the working environment of the mission system,the on-site maintenance support technology of a mission system can realize the function and performance test of the airborne equipment under test,and use the test results to conduct fault analysis with D matrix,determine the fault maintenance plan,and assist industrial departments and military repair plants to realize on-site maintenance of the fault parts on board and the faulty parts of aviation materials,so as to improve the on-site maintenance support ability.
