摘  要:为了满足整机系统的高质量等级、高可靠性、高集成度、小型化和全国产化的需求,充分发挥厚膜混合集成电路设计和生产制造的优势,采用裸芯片组装及金属全密封封装技术方式,设计了一种电压/电流转换器。通过发挥高精度和低温度系数的薄膜电阻网络的优势,并采用高精度低功耗的精密运算放大器,解决了传统电压/电流转换器产品的宽范围输入电压、高精度输出电流、高质量等级和小体积等方面的关键技术难题,广泛地应用在工业控制和许多传感器的应用电路中。In order to meet the needs of high quality,high reliability,high integration,miniaturization and localization of the whole system,and give full play to the advantages of thick film hybrid integrated circuit design and manufacturing,a voltage/current converter is designed by using bare chip assembly and metal full sealing package technology.By exploiting the advantages of high precision and low temperature coefficient thin film resistance network and adopting the precision operational amplifier with high precision and low power consumption,the key technical problems of traditional voltage/current converter products in wide range of input voltage,high precision output current,high quality grade and small volume are solved.The product is widely used in industrial control and the application circuits of many sensors.
